TV Snug
A complete change from bedroom to TV snug room. In this space, we had to work with the long rectangular room shape, and balance the TV unit against the fireplace position. We used a colour throughout walls and woodwork to soften this asymmetry, and pops of colour on shelves and cushions to attract the eye.
I designed the bespoke media unit and shelving to complement the traditional features and existing joinery.

Tennis Fan's Bedroom
A subtle tennis theme for this sport loving young boy.
The original layout did not work well for the space so we rotated the bed position to be facing the firplace, and added space for a desk, whilst still keeping plenty of floor space for lego building. The strong green wall colour was tempered down, with natural timbers and flooring, to give a fun but calm overall finish.
A sophisticated striped fabric on the curtains reflected the sports theme and adds interest to the window elevation.

Football Fan's Bedroom
Refurbing a room for a boy who knew he wanted his team colours. It is always good to have a clear colour directive... even if it's not the easiest combination to work with. We brought in a slightly more denim shade of blue to the walls and a more berry-red accent, which complimented the team colours but keeping a softer overall aesthetic.
